1. Children under the age of 4 are considered infants and are admitted free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult.
2. Children between ages 4 to 12 will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
3. Children above the age of 12 years will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.

1. Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
2. Tickets are open dated but cannot be used directly at the venue. Pre slot reservation is required with the booking code received on the E - ticket
3. Recommended: Guests are requested to pre-book their slots minimum 72 hours in advance as the slots are subject to availability.
4. No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a No Show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
5. Strollers and wheelchairs are available for rent at the park on a first-come, first-served basis.
